About the role:
- £12.85 p/h
- Public Sector
- Location: Throughout Ballymena
- Hours of work: Between the hours of 8.00am – 10pm. As and when required, including evenings, weekends, Public/Bank Holidays in accordance with the needs of the service.
- Closing date: Thursday 27th March 2025
Duties:
- Your focus will be to ensure The Braid Arts Centre, both inside and out, is clean and well maintained to meet the standards set by Council.
- You will also be responsible for enabling access to the community centre, supervising bookings, when required, and responding to requests from the public.
Criteria:
- Applicants must have a minimum of Entry Level Essential Skills qualifications in Adult Numeracy and Adult Literacy
- Six months’ ( one year if Criterion 1 is not met) experience in the operation of facilities to include cleaning and security duties
- Experience in dealing with members of the public and queries
- Experience of undertaking administrative duties within a customer focused environment
- A full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a vehicle OR have access to a form of transport that enables you to carry out the duties of the post
