As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's operations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and outstanding customer service. Duties will include:
- Manage phone inquiries, providing excellent support to customers and stakeholders
- Organise and maintain the email inbox, ensuring timely responses
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Criteria:
- Experience in a previous administration role
- Ability to manage a wide and varied customer base
- Awareness of the agricultural sector, feed ingredients, or additives (desirable but not essential)
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
