In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing commitment to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ISO standards, and global quality excellence. What You'll Be Doing:
Documentation Management
- Issuing, controlling and reviewing all quality-related documentation, including specifications, SOPs and master documents.
- Maintaining and controlling GMP/ISO records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Managing document archives and overseeing updates to the Site Master File.
Quality Assurance Activities
- Approving or rejecting raw materials and finished products associated with API GxP and ISO activities.
- Reviewing shipment labels, documentation and changes impacting API finished product quality.
- Investigating deviations, complaints, CAPAs and laboratory issues while trending data for improvements.
Audits & Regulatory Compliance
- Conducting internal audits and assisting with external and regulatory inspections.
- Supporting contractor and supplier evaluations, quality agreements, and external audits.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO processes and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
Training & Reporting
- Managing and maintaining the site’s training program, including creating and delivering training sessions.
- Overseeing e-QMS as a subject matter expert (SME) and maintaining training matrices.
- Reporting on QMS trends and generating periodic product reviews and quality reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree-level qualification, ideally in a related field.
- Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), e-QMS systems, and strong knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures and maintaining policies.
- The ability to enforce procedures, address challenges proactively, and provide innovative solutions.
