Overview:
  • Reporting directly to the CFO, Europe, this role offers the opportunity to lead financial analysis, develop business intelligence strategies, and implement a new internal audit process across the group.
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop Reporting & Analytics: Drive the business intelligence (BI) strategy by creating standardised reports, dashboards, and analytics across the company.
  • Data Analysis & Advisory: Provide value-added insights to the management team through rigorous data analysis, applying a strong business acumen and commercial sense.
  • Superuser in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Become a go-to expert in SAC (or other BI tools), designing bespoke reports to address diverse business needs.
  • Standardise Financial Reporting: Create and manage a suite of financial reports used company-wide, delivering consistent, actionable financial insights.
  • Lead in BI Commercial Reporting: Act as the Europe finance lead for global BI commercial reporting, supporting sales and pricing teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner with various departments to provide timely financial insights tailored to their unique needs.
  • Internal Audit Leadership: Establish and oversee an internal audit process for Europe, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Criteria: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business intelligence and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
