Casual Caretakers - Larne - Mid & East Antrim Borough Council

About the role:
- Rate of pay: £12.18 ph
- Hours: Between the hours of 8.00am – 10.00 pm. As and when required, including evenings, weekends, Public / Bank Holidays in accordance with the needs of the service.

Duties:
- Your focus will be to ensure the Community Centre, both inside and out, is clean and well maintained to meet the standards set by Council.
- You will also be responsible for enabling access to the community centre, supervising bookings, when required, and responding to requests from the public.
Criteria:
- Applicants must have a minimum of Entry Level Essential Skills qualifications in Adult Literacy and Adult Numeracy

6 months' experience in the following:

Experience in the the operation of facilities to include cleaning and security duties.

Experience in dealing with members of the public and queries.

Experience in undertaking administrative duties within a customer focused environment.

A full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a vehicle OR have access to a form of transport that enables you to carry out the duties of the post.
