About the role: 
  • Rate of pay: £ 13.02 p.h.
  • Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
  • Duration of post: Fixed term for 6 months
  • Location: Larne 
  • Please note: Closing date for this post is Wednesday 2nd October 2024 at 4.00pm
Duties:
  • Provision of a wide-ranging, professional and confidential administrative support service to the District Electoral Area (DEA) team with regard to all aspects of the service area.
  • Ensure day-to-day administrative activities are completed on time and to a high standard of accuracy and quality.
Criteria:
  • 5 GCSEs to include English Language and Maths (grade C or above) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 year's relevant administrative experience to include:
  • Proven ability to deal efficiently with large volumes of work
  • Successfully prioritising competing demands.
  • A qualification that demonstrates competency in working with office technology i.e. Word Processing or Typewriting.
  • A drivers licence valid in the UK
