About the role:
- Salary: £Negotiable salary
- Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.00am – 5.00 pm; Friday: 8.00am – 1.00 pm (flexible start and finish times)
- Location: Coleraine area
- Duration: Permanent

Duties:
- Nurturing current candidate relationships and communication
- Updating candidate status & availability
- Business Development and working closely with the senior sales consultants to identify new candidate and client opportunities.
- Planning the candidate search, carrying out any compliance checks.
- Answering enquiries and supporting the sales process.
- Attendance of Trade Shows when required
Criteria:
- Minimum of one years experience working in an recruitment/customer service environment is preferred
- An interest in the Recruitment or HR sector is beneficial.
- A highly professional and reliable attitude.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
