Internal Sales Executive - Magherafelt - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with both B2B and B2C customers.
- Accurately describe and sell a variety of cover solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our products and provide customers with exceptional service.
- Generate customer quotations and efficiently input new work orders.
- Follow up on quotes, close sales orders, and help the team hit sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team, Admin, Production Manager, and Team Leaders to ensure smooth order processing.
- Assist the sales team with calls, orders, and day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Criteria:
- Highly motivated with a flexible, proactive approach to learning new products and sales processes
- Skilled in numeracy - comfortable generating quotes and processing orders
- Able to interpret customer concepts and drawings, visualising custom cover solutions
- A team player with a drive for achieving results and exceeding sales targets
- Organised and able to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communicator
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
