Office/Accounts Manager - Maghera - Permanent

About the role: 
  • Based in Maghera
  • Full time permanent
  • Hours of work Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
  • £Negotiable salary 
You will be managing a busy office, supervising 1-2 staff. Duties will include: 
  • Daily bookkeeping and accounts duties
  • Daily bank lodgements and bank reconciliations
  • Cash and credit card reconciliations
  • Posting invoices onto Sage
  • Processing and overseeing payroll
  • General administration 
Criteria:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years recent experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting package
  • 5 GCSE's at grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English & Maths
  • Excellent organisation and communication skill
