About the role:
- Based in Annagh Hill Portadown, but maybe required to work throughout Northern Ireland.
- Hourly rate: £12.80 ph
- Full Time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
- 35 days annual leave, Public Sector

Duties include:
- Undertake a range of response maintenance and building work for Housing Executive properties. There will be minor work outside trade where required.
Criteria:
- Completed either a time served or skills apprenticeship; and
- At least 1 year post apprenticeship experience; and
- A full current driving licence or access to a form of transport.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
