Job Description

Administrator (Operations / Tender) - Antrim - Permanent 

  • Monday to Friday
  • 30 hours per week

Your focus will be on delivering sales and operations administration service alongside Bid Tender responsibilities. Duties will include: 

  • Monitor prospective/ upcoming tender opportunities (via E-Portal), with responsibility for the completion of excellent tenders and supporting documentation. 
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure that tender documentation aligns with legislative requirements, business capabilities and the management systems in place; highlighting any cost or other liability risks
  • Support the Sales and Operations teams in all aspects of development of pricing, tariffs, statistics and analytics
  • Contact and close new business opportunities and leads
  • Monitor and benchmark business performance against key competition activity
  • Provide comprehensive analysis and reports on client activity to the Operations Director
Criteria:
  • Previous, relevant experience within a similar role ie business / operations administrator. 
  • Strong administration skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
