Your focus will be on delivering sales and operations administration service alongside Bid Tender responsibilities. Duties will include:
- Monitor prospective/ upcoming tender opportunities (via E-Portal), with responsibility for the completion of excellent tenders and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure that tender documentation aligns with legislative requirements, business capabilities and the management systems in place; highlighting any cost or other liability risks
- Support the Sales and Operations teams in all aspects of development of pricing, tariffs, statistics and analytics
- Contact and close new business opportunities and leads
- Monitor and benchmark business performance against key competition activity
- Provide comprehensive analysis and reports on client activity to the Operations Director
Criteria:
- Previous, relevant experience within a similar role ie business / operations administrator.
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deal with confidential information
