Payroll Coordinator / Administrator - Ballymoney - Permanent 
 
Our client is one of the leading payroll providers throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they have a permanent opportunity available within their payroll department. Do you have experience working within payroll? If you're looking for a long term career opportunity, apply today. 
 
Benefits:
  • £18- 25k + Benefits Package 
  • Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
  • 37.5 hours per week
Key duties will include:
  • Responsible for the processing of payrolls in a busy bureau environment.
  • Calculating and issuing pay by BACS.
  • Deducting tax and national insurance payments.
  • Processing holiday, sick and maternity pay and expenses.
  • Calculating overtime, shift payments and pay increases.
  • Preparing wages and processing expenses claims.
Criteria:
  • 2 years+ payroll experience.
  • Strong numerical/analytical skills.
  • Strong IT skills including working knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Respect for confidential information.
