You'll be working to: Head of marketing
Working with & responsible for: Your marketing team 
Supportive of the sales teams by: supplying new resources and ways to generate leads through innovative management of the day to day activities of the marketing team

When we say no two days will ever the same, we mean it:

The nature of the business and ever changing production requirements mean that a marketing strategy will need to be quickly produced, innovative ideas will need to be created daily and multiple strategies managed all at once. 

 
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to contribute to the marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business strategy. Duties will include:
 
-PR,
-dealing with external agencies,
-supporting the ecommerce platforms, and the associated online selling marketing elements, and planning and campaigns,
-supporting internal product development processes right through from conceptual/ideology stages to launch and support, taking responsibility for the allocated marketing tasks, and ensuring that your team have appropriate time and resources to complete their assigned tasks.
-you keep a close eye on industry and market trends, being able to confidently and appropriately act on behalf of the customer within the business
 
As a confident marketing manager, you will focus on bringing the marketing strategy alive, making it relevant to consumers, ensuring consumer demands are met and reflect the businesses vision of originality & innovation.  

Experience required:

 
-You’ll have experience of managing a team ideally, know how to motivate a team, particularly in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage resources including your allocated budget.

-Ideally you will have around 5 years’ generalist marketing experience

-Traditional and digital marketing experience 

-B2C, online selling & B2B marketing experience 

-Confident in analysing data from all marketing channels to prove successes and marketing generated leads. 

-You need to bean excellent communicator, who is not afraid to influence and challenge decision makers
