Northern Ireland Housing Executive Quantity Surveyors - Full Time

Location: Richmond Chambers, L/Derry
Salary: £13.99 - £18.03 ph
Hours of Work:
37 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Benefits:
33 days Annual Leave
Duration of Post: Longer Term, Ongoing
 
You will ensure the effective commercial management of NIHE's assets, of high quality Planned Works and Compliance related investment.
 
Criteria: 
  • Experience carrying out Approximate Cost Estimates, Valuations and Payments and experience preparing Bills of Quantities.
  • a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline plus at least 2 years relevant post qualification experience.
    OR
  • a BTEC Higher or equivalent qualification in a construction related discipline plus at least 3 years relevant post qualification experience.
    OR
  • 5 years working experience in a construction related discipline.
As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
