About the role:
- £12.31 per hour
- Lagan Valley Hospital, Lisburn
- 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday, (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Immediate start, temporary ongoing

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Main duties include - Telephony, room booking, booking/sending appointments, typing, photocopying, logging & processing referrals, updating information system and waiting list, reception cover, electronic filing and any other duties appropriate to the banding. Use of Outlook schedules.

Experience of Encompass system but not essential as training will be provided .
What you'll need for this role:

4 GCSE’s at grade C /4 or above to include
English Language or equivalent qualification
and one year’s administrative / clerical
experience.
- OR
NVQ Level II in Administration and one year’s
administrative / clerical experience.
- OR
A minimum of two years’ administrative /
clerical experience.
- Experience of MS Office Packages, including
Access, Excel and Word and Healthcare
applications.
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
