Legal Administrator - Ballymoney - Permanent

- Monday - Thursday 9.00 - 5.00 pm. Friday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm
- Very client driven firm
- Earlier finish on Fridays, weekends off

Duties:
- Assist with the filing and archiving of documentation supporting the legal team and sales team.
- Complete administrative tasks including start up letters, engagement letters, client feedback, document filing.
- Data entry
- Contacting clients and potential clients for paperwork.
- Checking all incoming legal documents for correct completion and liaising with clients and consultants as and when required.
- Answering the phones, taking messages, transferring clients, assisting with any none legal queries.
- Assist with the set-up and closure of new client files.
- Managing of the office post.
- Assist with other administrative as necessary.
Criteria:
- Experience in an administrative role or office junior role
- Previous legal experience would be ideal but is not essential as full training will be provided
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and email competently
- Must be highly organised with solid customer service skills and excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the documents being handled
