Job Description

Legal Administrator - Ballymoney - Permanent

  • Monday - Thursday 9.00 - 5.00 pm. Friday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm
  • Very client driven firm
  • Earlier finish on Fridays, weekends off

Duties:

  • Assist with the filing and archiving of documentation supporting the legal team and sales team.
  • Complete administrative tasks including start up letters, engagement letters, client feedback, document filing.
  • Data entry
  • Contacting clients and potential clients for paperwork.
  • Checking all incoming legal documents for correct completion and liaising with clients and consultants as and when required.
  • Answering the phones, taking messages, transferring clients, assisting with any none legal queries.
  • Assist with the set-up and closure of new client files.
  • Managing of the office post.
  • Assist with other administrative as necessary.

Criteria:

  • Experience in an administrative role or office junior role
  • Previous legal experience would be ideal but is not essential as full training will be provided 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and email competently
  • Must be highly organised with solid customer service skills and excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the documents being handled
